**Support Worker - Disability/Youth - Brisbane North**

National Networks Plus (NNP) is the only Not-for-Profit staffing agency operating in Australia. Currently we are building our workforce across **Brisbane's Northern suburbs**from Chermside to Caboolture and the Redcliffe area so we can provide support to our ever-growing client base in the region. **Duties include**:

- Providing personal care assistance
- Assisting with light domestic duties and social support.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with the people you support.
- Follow established care plans.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
- Respond to crisis situations, offering immediate support and collaborating with appropriate authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, assessments, and program outcomes.
- Work positively and collaborate with team members to ensure the highest care and support provided.

**Requirements**:

- Cert III in Individual support or another relevant field. (Disability)
- Cert IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or relevant certification (Youth)
- Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)
- Current (Paid) Working with Children check (or willing to obtain)
- Recent and relevant experience in a similar role
- 2 professional references
- Unrestricted Australian Driver's License (required if providing community access support, driving facility vehicles)
- Comprehensive Car Insurance (or willing to obtain - required if using own vehicle for work purposes)
