The RFS is the world’s largest volunteer fire service with almost 72,000 members across the state. We share a deep-seated and honoured purpose - _to protect the community and our environment by minimising the impact of fire and other emergencies_.
**Are you the one?**
You will be responsible for leading the design, development and administration of RFS health and wellbeing services and programs, health and injury management, and chaplaincy and family support services.
You will be a qualified and experienced health professional who is passionate about creating, promoting and embedding positive health and wellbeing in the workplace. You will have proven success in leading organisational programs which optimise health outcomes and ensure fitness for duty.
You will also have a strong understanding of workplace health and injury management regulatory requirements, and programs which support recovery and return to well. You are a compassionate yet driven leader who can appreciate the importance of both relationships and outcomes for members, and can navigate the complexities of legislative compliance whilst delivering practical and member-centred solutions.

- Attractive annual salary $141,669 - $163,841 p.a. plus 11% superannuation
