SalDoce Fine Foods is seeking Quality Assurance Officer to join our team and contribute to our innovative and growth-driven culture.

The Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance procedures and processes to ensure that products and services meet established quality standards. They will collaborate with various departments to identify quality issues, recommend solutions, and implement corrective actions to enhance overall quality and customer satisfaction.

**Duties Include the following but not limited to**:
**Key Activities**
- Monitor incoming materials & ingredients through Approved Supplier program
- Prepare and support documents for HACCP and customer required programs.
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain retention sample and evaluate throughout their shelf life in a timely manner
- Review raw materials and quality documents from suppliers and manufacturers
- Maintain record lab results / PIF’s / COA and other relevant documents
- Support customer complaint investigation by doing product testing or analysis
- Support Training Program
- Conduct processes outlined within HACCP Manual and Program
- Control and document all formulations and review changes in recipes with new ingredients or supplier change
- Plan and schedule project timelines

**SalDoce Quality Assurance Manual - HACCP**
- Review and working towards improvement of current SOP’s
- Ongoing implementation of HACCP programme
- Develop HACCP version covering:

- Production
- Customer Complaints
- Supplier Register
- Testing (baking/cooking of products)
- Perform in-house testing and prepare sample submission for external lab

**Product Development / Specifications**
- Detail product specifications for all products manufactured
- Creating specifications for all new products developed
- Support the product development project and carry out product trial
- Testing

**Production / Contract Manufacturer**
- Ensure contract manufacturers are producing finished products according to standards
- Approving retention samples packaging
- Approving and testing retention samples
- Audit of contract manufacturers
- Managing production forms from contract manufacturer
- Support the EU/UK contract manufacturer in terms of Quality documentation

**Export Documentation**
- Support the Sales Team to for any export documentation related to Quality assurance such as Product specifications and other required certifications.

**General Administration**
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

Pay: $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
