Operating in a fast-paced environment our Marketing Coordinator assists in the planning and is responsible for the execution of effective above and below the line marketing campaigns and programs. This includes developing plans that create a competitive advantage and best-in-class approach to delivering quality enquiries, growth and market share.

Working across ABN Victoria’s two retail brands - Boutique Homes and Homebuyers Centre this represents an exciting opportunity to join the Growth and Acquisition team within marketing.

Accountabilities include:

- Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns (briefing, campaign production, execution)
- Coordinate the launch of new Medium Density projects
- Collate reports and analyse data providing meaningful insights
- Implement of initiatives identified through developer relationships
- Collate of competitor analysis on a regular basis, specifically relating to retail marketing
- Co-ordinate events that generate new enquiry to the business

**What can you bring?**:
Your understanding of retail marketing and marketing principles will ensure your on going success in this position.

You will also have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
- Experience working as a Marketing Coordinator or Assistant
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A high attention to detail and an ability to produce results
- Analytic capability
