We’re **No Sleep Entertainment** — Australia’s fastest growing hard dance and electronic music company, bringing together the loudest energy, the hardest drops, and the most passionate community in the rave scene. From underground club shows to major festivals like **Asteria**and **Paradigm Black**, we create experiences that go beyond music — they’re a movement.
We live and breathe harder dance. Annually, No Sleep Entertainment does in excess of 15,000 patrons and next year, we're looking to double that and we're looking for the right person to join our journey. We don’t just promote shows — we build culture.

**About the Role**
We’re looking for a **Marketing Coordinator** who’s **obsessed** with results and lives for the scene — someone who gets the difference between a good event and a life-changing one. When we say obsessed, we mean **OBSESSED**. And you must be able to show a track record of said obsession.
You’ll work alongside our creative team and promoters to plan, launch, and scale performance-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels. This role blends creativity and analytics — you’ll be tracking numbers, testing ideas, and driving conversions that fill dancefloors.
We’re after someone who:
- Has a **passion for electronic and harder dance music** — knows the difference between Uptempo and Frenchcore
- Has experience **creating and executing digital or performance-based marketing campaigns** (bonus if in events, music, or lifestyle brands)
- Has a track record of **making brands go viral**:
- Understands the power of **data, targeting, and timing** to drive ticket sales
- Thrives under pressure and **craves hitting KPIs** like click-through rates, engagement, and conversion goals
- Has a **creative spark** — can brief designers, guide ad creative, and spot what will resonate with fans
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across **Meta, TikTok, Google Ads**, and other paid channels
- Collaborate with the **creative and content team** to align campaigns with visual storytelling
- Work with promoters, artists, and venues to amplify hype across communities
- Track performance metrics and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI
- Help develop **marketing strategies** for shows, tours, and merchandise drops
- Coordinate influencers, street teams, and partnerships to extend reach

**Experience Required**:
- Marketing Coordination: 1 year (preferred)
- Paid Ads / Digital Campaign Management: 1 year (preferred)
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
