We are seeking a passionate, highly creative, genuine, energetic and motivated **individual** on where you will ensure the people you serve will walk away with an out of this world sensory experience. We want to knock them off their feet You are creative, focused and settle for nothing less than the very highest standards of service delivery.

As this will be the hottest, hip, most sought after place you will learn, develop, have fun, and wake up wanting to come to work. The Inchcolm by Ovolo is an Art Deco Style Luxury Hotel, once operating as a medical practice. It offers a world of small discoveries, hidden gems and well-kept secrets. Our history is incredibly rich; it dates back to the 1880s but is very much part of who we are today.

**The need and non-negotiables**

You will be a critical part of The Inchcolm by Ovolo's F&B team with bags of development and career opportunities. Our team works hard, has fun and consistently goes out of our way each and every day to create amazing and memorable experiences for our guests.

- Lightning quick, master multi-tasker managing varying roles across busy service periods
- You will work fantastically under pressure, cucumber cool
- Your energetic and positive attitude is contagious - smiles all round
- You LOVE the face to face interactions with our Guests
- You ooze flair, passion and are a stickler for presentation

- You have the proven leadership skills to coach and lead your team during service
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a busy F&B outlet is essential
