We are currently recruiting for a Activation Marketing Specialist - Infection Prevention, Australia & New Zealand to join our Division based at our head office in North Ryde.

This role will see you responsible for various marketing responsibilities which include, but are not limited to:

- Provide clinical and market insights to lead the development of annual strategic marketing plan and drive the portfolio toward its annual growth, cost, inventory and profitability objectives. Manage all the portfolio marketing mix requirements including new product launches, promotional activities, pricing strategies, budgeting and forecasting
- Implement end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns and drive key growth programs that generate clinical demand, enhancing sales partnerships and engagement with key customer segments in the acute space as well as out of hospital, using our SFDC/Eloqua platform to optimize campaign activation and drive ROI
- Collaborate closely with SA&E, AE and Sales Leaders to deliver medical educational that is aligned to strategy and engage sales teams to deliver sales results
- Work with Corporate Account Managers, Sales Leaders and the Contracts team to establish and optimise contract listing
- Work with the Channel Activation Marketer to develop and execute effective distributor promotions
- Work in close collaboration with Regulatory Affairs, Scientific Affairs & Education (SA&E), and Application Engineers (AE) to optimize market access
- Foster relationships with external advocacy groups, associations and key opinion leaders within the industry
- Event management for conferences, clinician dinners and webinars

The successful person will have:

- Minimum of 8 years relevant marketing experience in health care industry with a passion for patients, clinicians and quality of provision of health care solutions
- Degree or Post Graduate qualifications in marketing, business, commerce
- Strong ability to lead and influence with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate excellent rapport and experience working with sales and clinical teams, clinicians, hospitals, key opinion leaders, channel partners, scientific affairs, technical, advertisers/agencies and supply
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and navigate ambiguous and complex situations
- Ability to master multiple systems and processes to get the job done with a no-fuss attitude
