**The Role**:
As a DC Team Manager, you will lead teams across the day shift. Flexible working hours available. The role leads the functional and operational areas within the Distribution Centre, covering areas including Inbound Goods and Replenishment. The teams undertake all tasks associated with the operational area to ensure the safe and accurate service delivery for brands, store, inventory management and Omni fulfilment channels.

**About You**:
You will have operational leadership experience ideally within supply chain from either warehousing, logistics or a Distribution Centre background. You will demonstrate a sound knowledge across the above-mentioned operational areas combined with a safety and people focused mindset. You can demonstrate experience, skill and understanding across the following:

- Communication skills, both internal and external interactions
- Conflict management and resolution
- Performance management
- Investigations experience
- Knowledge and experience in unionised environments
- Continuous Improvement mindset and delivery experience
- Forklift License an advantage
