**Position**: Support Worker
**Location**: Greenwith

**Client Profile**:

- Male in his 60s
- Standby assist for personal care
- Diagnosis Agenesis of the Corpus Callosum (ACC)

**What We’re Looking For**:
- Fluent English speaker
- A great sense of humour and an easygoing personality
- Open-minded and comfortable engaging in light, friendly banter
- Willingness to have a laugh and build rapport with clients

**Responsibilities**:

- Support participation in community outings.
- Provide In home Support to the client.
- Standby assist for personal care
- Liaise closely with family members, support coordinators, and health professionals.
- Uphold Care Squad’s standards of safety, compassion, and inclusion.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III (or higher) in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- First Aid & CPR (required).
- Medication Administration competency (required).
- Driver’s Licence (required).
- Commitment to learning, resilience, and teamwork.

**Expected hours**: 15 - 30 per week
