Position: Support Worker

Location: Greenwith

Client Profile :

  • Male in his 60s
  • Standby assist for personal care
  • Diagnosis Agenesis of the Corpus Callosum (ACC)

Responsibilities:

  • Support participation in community outings.
  • Provide In home Support to the client.
  • Standby assist for personal care
  • Liaise closely with family members, support coordinators, and health professionals.
  • Uphold Care Squad's standards of safety, compassion, and inclusion.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III (or higher) in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • First Aid & CPR (Required).
  • Medication Administration competency (Required).
  • Driver's Licence (Required).
  • Commitment to learning, resilience, and teamwork.

Job Types:

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
