**The Position**

An opportunity has arisen for a reliable and experienced HR / Recruitment Advisor to join our HR team. You must have minimum 5 years experience in a HR/ Recruitment role. This is a true casual position, and hours will vary between 15 - 25 hours a week. Experience interpreting awards is a must. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Booking in interviews for Managers.
- Updating recruitment platforms with notes.
- Onboarding new staff.
- HR/OHS project work as required.

**Requirements for the Position**

In order to be successful in this position, you will need to have:

- 5 years HR/Recruitment experience
- Experience interpreting awards
- Can do positive attitude
- Friendly and approachable
- Experience with Tanda, advantageous
- Must have experience with Sharepoint and Microsoft Suite

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $37.09 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 03/02/2025
