With over a million clients across the world, our fintech client is growing at a rapid rate and they are looking grow with self-starters with an entrepreneurial spirit to join them. More specifically, their digital acquisition team is on the lookout for a CRO specialist to come onto the journey of bringing their digital marketing capability in house.

**How will you contribute**:

- Build and drive strategies to improve conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Improve internal infrastructure and processes internally to help support strategic initiatives.
- Develop a CRO roadmap that cover all user journeys and funnels across core digital channels.
- Own the testing process from managing backlogs, scoping requirements, analytics set up to make further recommendations for improvement.
- Analyse and report back on performance, as well as, contribute to regional and global initiatives.
- Collaboratively work with agencies and internal stakeholders to improve efficiencies and ensure KPIs are met.

**What you will bring to the table**:

- At least 5 years experience in the same or similar role.
- Must have hands on experience with MVT, A/B and analytics tools.
- Wide knowledge and/or experience with martech solutions and tracking tools is a plus.
- Strongly possess planning and organisation skills.
- Ability to work to targets and tight deadlines.
- Is a self-starter and not afraid to get their hands dirty.
