**The Role**

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, the role requires diversity and is accountable for performing the full function of Accounts Payable across the ABN Group. A key objective of this role is to ensure accurate and efficient processing in accordance with our service level agreements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Processing a high volume of invoices
- Completion of invoice approval process
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Reconciliation of vendor payments
- Weekly/monthly payment process deadlines
- Ad hoc duties as required

**Skills & Experience Prerequisites**
- Previous experience in a high volume and fast paced Accounts Payable environment
- Ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders with ease
- Intermediate Excel skills and knowledge of Navision Accounting System (desirable)
- Ability to work and contribute within a large team and have fun
- Excellent communicator
- High attention to detail and strong data entry skills
- Ability to prioritise own workload and demonstrate excellent time management skills
