**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our team on a permanent part time basis working 5 days a fortnight.
- Week 1 - 0900 - 1530 - Thursday and Friday_
- Week 2 - 0900 - 1530 - Monday - _Wednesday

This role will manage and complete a range of administrative duties to ensure the effective functioning of the Home.

Responsibilities will include:

- Working at reception
- Liaising with residents, their families and external providers
- Assisting with Employee compliance
- Admissions
- Data Entry
- Assistance with rosters
- Filing; and
- Assisting the General Manager and the team with ad hoc administrative tasks

**About You**

The successful applicant must demonstrate:

- Aged care or health care industry experience (desirable)
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use various systems including quality management systems, internal database and payroll system (desirable)
- Strong organisational skills & ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Immunisation Record - Flu & COVID Vaccination mandatory
