We are excited to announce that our lovely team at Keperra Sanctuary are currently seeking an enthusiastic, committed, customer focused Village Administrator to join them on a Full-time basis.

Keperra Sanctuary offers a rare blend of tranquility and convenience, set within 100 acres of native gardens, that bring the beauty of nature right to your doorstep. Tree-lined streets create a peaceful, homely atmosphere, while the freshwater lake adds a touch of serenity to daily life.

Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service to our residents and visitors, as first point of contact supporting the general operation of the village as well as providing direct support to the Village Manager. In addition to this, your tasks will include assisting on reception, data management and managing enquiries from residents and guests.

About You

For this role, excellent diligence and organisational skills, coupled with the ability to work autonomously to complete tasks and your strong customer service skills, combined with your resilience in navigating and resolving conflicts, will enable you to effectively consult with our residents and visitors.

To be successful in your application, you will have the following;

  • Administration and demonstrated customer service experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to pick up new systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be highly organised and able to prioritise competing tasks
  • Willingness to learn and professionally develop
  • A professional, initiative-taking and can-do attitude.
