**Frankston North**:
Explorers Frankston North Centre is situated on Ballarto Road, which is just a short drive from Seaford beach. Explorers Frankston North is a multi-story, purpose-built Centre with eight rooms, on-site parking, outdoor spaces and public transport nearby (as well as shops and restaurants).

**How You Can Support Us**:

- Work collaboratively and lead a team of Educators
- Facilitate intentional teaching experiences for children
- Demonstrate meaningful relationships with children, families and your peers
- Lead the planning of your team and be their first contact
- Delegate tasks to ensure all the Educators can learn and grow
- Support and mentor your team

**Key Requirements**:

- Diploma level Early Childhood Education and Care qualification in accordance with the Education and Care Regulations 2012
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement quality education program using portfolio method
- Experience in long day care or equivalent (preferred)
- Current First Aid Training certificate
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Working rights - Visa/Passport
