APG are currently recruiting for a
**Production Leading Hand** working with raw and cook food for our client who is a world leader in food industry based in
**Eagle Farm.**

With a strong focus on team culture, safety and delivering on KPI's the role is fast paced, and you will be required to be both physically and mentally fit to ensure you become an integral part of the team and culture moving forward.

**Requirements for this role**:

- Ensure the safety and productivity of all employees assigned to designated shift.
- Ensure security of facilities during designated shift hours.
- Enforce all safety and processing procedures.
- Enable effective communications between management and operators.
- Train new employees and coach existing employees.
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with 5S protocol;
- Investigate and report all incidents (spills, accidents, poor performance);
- Suggest and implement cost-saving ideas.
- Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
- Ensure that all products are produced on time and are of good quality.
- Ensure that the Quality of the finished product is to required standard.
- Understand and implement Quality control measures to products and processes.
- Identifying training needs.

Other duties as instructed by the Shift Coordinators.
- Contributing to a participative, encouraging, challenging and supportive environment
- Displaying high ethical standards including honesty, truthfulness, tolerance and social responsibility
- Building strong relationships with customers and employees, working towards exceeding their expectations
