**ABOUT THE ROLE**

- Drive sales and hit targets with your team.
- Train, develop, and succession plan to increase productivity.

- Implement visual merchandising strategies.
- Roster your team according to the store’s trading needs.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
- Previous management experience, ideally in fashion retail.
- Experience in coaching and developing a team.
- A passion for delivering a genuine customer experience.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage wage spend and stock loss.
- Visual Merchandising experience based on set guidelines.
