**About the role**:
We are looking for a full time Customer Service Representative to join our amazing customer service team for an immediate start.

**This is a fast paced, high-volume role that is essential in ensuring that we deliver an exceptional experience for our customers**. **In this role you will**:

- Ensure all orders and invoices are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Work closely with key stakeholders to escalate and resolve any customer issues
- Provide customers with detailed and accurate information on products and services
- Share important information with peers, leaders and other key stakeholders
- Demonstrate Professional Selling Skills in a face paced mutl product business
- Complete all general administrative tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Utilise your prior customer service experience to interact with customers in a positive and constructive manner

**About you**:
Your contribution to achieving our mission and strategic objectives will utilise your:

- Self-motivation and can-do attitude
- Ability to problem solve and multitask under pressure
- Desire to help and support our customers
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Order Processing experience
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Prior call centre customer service experience (strongly considered)
- **SAP or similar order processing experience (essential)**:

- **FMCG experience (essential)**:

- Export customer experience (highly regarded)
- Microsoft office experience and strong computer literacy (essential)
- Availability to work weekends - with a rotating roster on every 5-6 weeks

This position is based in our Lidcombe office however 2 days per week may be work from home. **Leave is restricted over Easter and Christmas for this position. Working public holidays may be required.**
