**Position Summary**
- Blue Care is seeking a Personal Carer Team Leader to join our Beenleigh Community Care on Permanent Part-Time basis, to lead the Personal Carers to provide outstanding care.Personal Carer Team Leader | Blue Care | Beenleigh Community- Employment Status: Permanent Part-Time (60 Hours Per Fortnight)

- Remuneration: $25.95 - $27.00 p/hr + 10.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay) + Allowances & Reimbursements + Employee Discounts

**Your part in our BlueCare team**

**As a Personal Carer Team Leader, you’ll support other Personal Carers in the delivery of care to clients, aiding and ensuring barriers to this are escalated appropriately. You’ll deliver support to your own clients and improving their quality of life through activities that include**:

- Leading and Supporting your own team
- Assessing new client admissions
- Developing and reviewing client care plans,
- Ensuring appropriate staff are allocated to clients, based on assessed needs; and
- Assisting in the recruitment and development of personal care staff.

**What makes a difference for us?**:

- Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience as a Personal Carer, Assistant in Nursing or Support Worker
- Leadership qualities
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Current Australian drivers licence and roadworthy vehicle as required
- Basic experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
- Evidence of COVID Vaccinations
