We are seeking an experienced Insights Manager to join our team. As the Insights Manager, you will be responsible for driving our research and insights program and lead the RSLLC Customer Experience (CX) program, consulting on how these insights can be used to improve and enhance our customer experience across our Retirement Living, Home Care, Residential Aged Care, and Veteran Services. You will have a direct impact on the quality of our seniors and veterans' lives

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Strategy & Insights Lead to develop a comprehensive strategy for gathering and filtering trends, insights, and industry changes across sectors, competitors, communities, and legislation.- Adopt a community-led, data-driven approach to understand our community and utilise insights.- Plan, develop, and execute strategic research programs, enhancing customer research and leveraging data integration for deeper customer behaviour understanding.- Analyse and synthesise data from diverse sources, extracting valuable insights for strategic decision-making.- Forge partnerships with the Strategy, Marketing, and Communications team to create tracking metrics that measure ROI, utilising both internal and external data sources for comprehensive campaign assessment.

We need you to have:
- Qualifications in Marketing, Social Sciences, Economics, or related fields.- 5-10 years of experience in research and insights, with a strong track record of analysing customer data to drive meaningful outcomes.- Proficient in using analytic tools to conduct customer analysis, delivering analytics in a commercial environment. Experience translating business problems into actionable insights.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data and concepts into clear and actionable recommendations.- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously.- Competency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with self-service platforms and analytics tools such as PowerBI, Qualtrics, and Q is desirable.- Agency-side market research or research consulting experience is a plus.
