We have an opportunity for an experienced and flexible **Cleaning Area Manager **who will oversee daily cleaning services in the Brisbane CBD area.

This is a full-time position (may have to work weekends) and you will be working closely with our Chief Operating Officer. We require someone who can drive exceptional commercial cleaning standards and has a good eye for detail.

With over 10 years of commercial cleaning experience, Ozone CPS services hundreds of clients Australia-wide. We are experienced in all areas of commercial cleaning, office cleaning, display home cleaning, healthcare cleaning, strata cleaning, gymnasium cleaning, play centre cleaning and hospitality cleaning. We pride ourselves on providing the best prices Australia-wide, the highest cleaning standards and the most transparent communication.

**Responsibilities**:

- Hands on role, getting on the tools when required
- Maintain a network of employees
- Coaching, leading and supervising cleaners to ensure optimal service delivery
- Undertake people management, including training and administration functions
- Maintain and continually build on client relationships
- Undertake regular quality audits/inspections at sites, exceeding clients’ expectations, and delivering results
- Monitor and report on service and compliance status and issues
- Liaise with suppliers as needed

**Requirements**:

- Experience in housekeeping is essential
- Knowledge of cleaning services
- An eye for detail
- Ability to build relationships and rapport quickly
- Ability to work unsupervised and be well organised
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage conflicting priorities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Well-presented with a professional approach
- Provide proof of your COVID-19 vaccination
- Police check, or willingness to have one
- You must have full work rights within Australia

Remuneration package includes salary and super.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
