Become an integral part of Asahi Beverages' vibrant work culture by joining our Syrup Room as a Process Technician - we’re currently looking to fill multiple opportunities across the team. In our bustling **Huntingwood facility**, you'll collaborate closely with our manufacturing operations team, leveraging your technical prowess and mechanical know-how to ensure our machinery operates at peak efficiency, conducting proactive maintenance activities, and responding to breakdowns.

**12-hour shifts, three days a week, with opportunities on both the front-end and back-end, of Day Shift or Night Shift.**

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Daily operation of machinery, ensuring seamless production processes.
- Supporting preventative maintenance, continuous improvement, and rigorous testing protocols for effective line performance.
- Upholding strict cleanliness standards through regular process area maintenance, adhering to company compliance, GMP, and HACCP guidelines.
- Promptly addressing maintenance issues to uphold machine integrity and operational efficiency.
- Expertly troubleshooting to minimise machine downtime.
- Conducting quality tests and fine-tuning machinery to uphold our stringent quality standards.

**About You**
- Possess trade or degree qualifications in electrical, mechanical, engineering, automotive, or related disciplines.
- Thrive in a dynamic role encompassing both operational and maintenance duties.
- Ideally bring experience as a machine operator in the FMCG industry.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach.
- Have a proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Exhibit effective communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
