**About the role**
We are seeking an experienced and passionate supervisor to be responsible for the leadership, coordination, and planning of a team that looks after natural areas within Ipswich.
If you enjoy working outdoors and have experience with general maintenance and development of projects within conservation estates and reserves, you will enjoy this role. Responsibilities will include:
- Implement and coordinate conservation programs
- Implement regeneration and maintenance projects
- Plan, produce and implement work schedules in relation to general maintenance and regeneration projects
- Coordinate your work team, contractors, materials, and machinery in relation to general maintenance and regeneration projects

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current C Class Driver Licence
- Basic computer skills
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Competencies equivalent to Diploma in Natural Areas
- General Safety Induction (Construction Industry) card
- Current MR Class licence would be desirable
A pre-employment medical will be required for this role (including drug and alcohol testing).

This is a permanent full-time position, with a salary commencing at $73,084 plus 12.5% superannuation.
