**About Brisbane Plant Nursery**:
Brisbane Plant Nursery is Australia's largest online plant nursery. We deliver over 600+ Specie of plants Australia-wide to wholesale and retail customers.

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring customer queries are addressed and routed to appropriate departments if necessary.
- Aid in the ordering process, ensuring timely and correct fulfillment.
- Schedule deliveries, pick-ups, and other related appointments.
- Engage in assorted administrative duties, including maintaining records and basic data entry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and seamless operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and maintain strong organizational habits.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- **Shopify** experience isn't mandatory but will be **highly regarded**.
- An independent work ethic, suitable for a remote working environment.

**Salary**: $43,924.02 - $77,121.88 per year
