**The Role**
Due to extensive growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced
**Management Consultant** with proven
**Strategy and Advisory **experience to join our team.

You will have a very strong background in leading
**Sourcing and Selection** programs of work with strong capabilities in
**solution design, implementation planning and business case development** and, above all, a track record in delivering tangible business improvement outcomes. You will have demonstrated requirements gathering experience coupled with excellent communication skills.

**About you**
You will be outcomes focused with a strong track record on execution, and you will possess the ability to work at pace, while also being capable of both taking direction and working well independently. You are a great communicator with the ability to engage and build rapport at all levels.

Demonstrating:

- Proven track record of delivering outcomes as a senior business consultant
- Experience with platform sourcing selection including (but not limited to) **RFI/RFQ/RFP management, solution design, implementation planning and business case development**:

- **Highly skilled in stakeholder management**:

- Good understanding of technologies used in the delivery of care industries ideally
- Proven effective leadership skills with a high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
- **Ability to think strategically, conceptually, and creatively to solve complex business problems**:

- Self-starter who demonstrates ownership, accountability and growth mindset
- **Highly desirable behaviours** - High Performing, Resilience, Willingness to learn, Collaborative, Problem Solver, Authentic; Accountable, Caring and quality driven
- Ideally experience in **aged care industry**
