**The Opportunity**:
As a Major Service Provider (MSP), KBR deliver project management, asset management, engineering and integrated logistic support solutions for large, long-term, multi-discipline and integrated work packages across the air, land, maritime and joint capability domains.

The NLIS SME team are accountable for providing ongoing data analysis support within target ship-class enterprises and will provide specialist advice on NLIS design and testing along with ongoing reporting requirements.

This role is based in Sydney.

**Responsibilities**:
You will provide ongoing NLIS advice & support for Maritime customers, users, and stakeholders, including but not limited to:

- Design and implement data surveillance, comparison, analysis, and remediation processes.
- Plan, co-ordinate and conduct system testing, remediation, and demonstration.
- Proactive monitoring of the web portals and databases to ensure optimal operating efficiency.
- Utilise analysis methods and tools to develop solution concepts for identified data misalignments and liaise with ship-class enterprises as required to seek clarification or provide guidance on identified misalignments.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate any improvements to the visualisation and model of existing reports and documentation.
- Developing and maintaining documentation for all processes and procedures within the support and assurance model.
- Work with KBR IWP Leads to develop business efficiencies and future workforce succession plans to ensure KBR’s ability to deliver MSP services to support Navy workforce changes and growth forecasts.
- Coach, develop and support the team to help deliver continuously improved accuracy, efficiency, and commercial business benefit.
- Degree in Business, Engineering or IT, or significant relevant work experience.
- Experience in Defence Systems Environment.
- Project Management skills and experience.
- Strong relationship skills and stakeholder management experience.
