**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Deputy Director Maritime Assurance Program, the NLIS Team are accountable for providing ongoing data analysis support within target ship-class enterprises.
Support the organisation with System upgrade support; ERP program support; Specialist advice for ongoing reporting requirements for NETMAARs; adoption of the 1N2 Supply related solution, including completion of Supply data alignment work; and provide advice on NLIS interface design and testing.
**Responsibilities**:
As part of the NLIS SME Team, you will provide ongoing NLIS advice & support for DMEL customers, users, and stakeholders, including but not limited to:
- Design and implement data surveillance, comparison, analysis, and remediation processes.
- Plan, co-ordinate and conduct system testing, remediation, and demonstration.
- Proactive monitoring of the web portals and databases to ensure optimal operating efficiency.
- Utilise analysis methods and tools to develop solution concepts for identified data misalignments and liaise with ship-class enterprises as required to seek clarification or provide guidance on identified misalignments.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate any improvements to the visualization and model of existing reports and documentation.
- Developing and maintaining documentation for all processes and procedures within the support and assurance model.
**Essential**:
- Degree in Business, Engineering or IT, or significant relevant work experience.
- Experience in Defence Systems Environment.
- Strong relationship skills and stakeholder management experience.
