As the **Service Optimisation - West,** you will play an essential role in the operations of our Kalgoorlie & Newman Service Centre, bringing a variety of stakeholders and perspectives together to achieve results.

**The key responsibilities of this role include**:

- Planning, preparation and implementation of maintenance schedules
- Warranty processing and support
- Working with the components and SX teams on component and SX maintenance
- Communicating with suppliers and supply chain for material availability
- Organising contractors / third party suppliers for production activities
- Customer and vendor interaction

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Planning, Supervisory and Warranty experience in an OEM environment
- Demonstrated experience in scheduling, resources planning, project management
- Strong problem solving, analytical and strategic planning skills.
- A high standard of organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Project and Excel
- Ability to collaborate, work inclusively with others and be autonomous when required
