The day will be fun, full and flexible The day will range from providing direct support to Relationship and General manager’s, strong focus on reporting and data insights, supporting FI Customer’s, our joint initiatives and other internal FI team projects.

Working with the Relationship Managers to promote existing/new solutions, working with Product and tech on platform enhancements. Looking for FI Customer process improvements and opportunities to innovate and managing the odd settlement escalation through data insights and engagement. Taking initiative and challenging the norm is a fundamental part of the day.

This is an entry level role and would be suitable for a recent graduate with 6-12 months experience in a data reporting role using Tableau who is looking to maximise their career growth opportunities.

**What you be doing**:

- Work with the FI team and Financial Institutions to receive and respond to requests as they relate to the PEXA Exchange, Digital Services, Data
- Managing the reporting requirements and needs for the FI Segment to help drive PEXA adoption of enhancements and new solutions including data products
- Respond to feedback and follow up with Bank where required, investigating Workspace and providing feedback
- Manage invite/comms lists, work with Marketing, Comms and Events team to develop and seek approval for information sent to Banks
- Work on projects to streamline internal FI team process to ensure consistent and exceptional customer experience for our FI members
- Research and reporting from Bank annual reports, market reports, other industry publications and channels on items and issues relevant to Financial Institutions PEXA operations.
- Working broadly across the PEXA team to ensure that commitments to our customers such as action items from meetings are tracked and coordinated, communicated appropriately through Account Manager and client.
- Leveraging key data points to drive insights and share with internal stakeholders for example Medallia and Tableau reporting
- Produce and maintain reports/analytics to support the day to day operations and commitments of the FI team.
- Provide analytic support and business insights for the use of PEXA and the insertion into Governance, Operational and Contractual requirements for example new Products for Financial Institutions.
- Responsible for analysing, reviewing, and documenting key current and future state internal and external business processes as required, including working with the Business Excellence team.
- Ensuring all outcomes must be linked to network growth, network confidence, uptake or creating efficiency in the network for all participants.
- Proactively investigate and analyse potential issues in relation to Financial Institutions operating on the Exchange Ensuring all outcomes must be linked to network growth, network confidence, uptake or creating efficiency in the network for all participants.

**What you'll bring to the table**:

- 6 months - 2 years experience using Tableau for complex reporting (mandatory)
- Experience interpreting and presenting data
- Strong skills using Excel and PowerPoint for presentation packs
- Experience with the conveyancing, property or banking industry is ideal but not mandatory.
- Experience with Business Transformation, process re-engineering and/or systems implementations is ideal.
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Salesforce navigation/reporting or similar
