Trend Windows is a company that manufactures windows and doors. Due to ongoing growth of the business, we have an opportunity for the right person to join our dynamic team based at our Girraween N.S.W site.

Reporting to the Internal Sales & Customer Support Manager, you will need to be a strong individual who is highly motivated and passionate about their work.

It is essential that you can demonstrate the following:

- Safety: Proactively contribute to a safe and supportive workplace. Drive safe and supportive workplace culture. Implement and maintain Company Workplace, Health and Safety Management System.
- Sales & Customer Management: Manage the sales, administration and customer service functions for nominated house accounts with the view to maximise these business relationships and create an environment where customer service and long-term relationships can flourish.
- Business Ethics: Treats people with respect. Keeps commitments. Inspires the trust of others. Changes approach or method to best fit the situation.
- Communication: Expresses ideas and thoughts verbally. Expresses ideas and thoughts in written form. Exhibits good listening and comprehension. Keeps others adequately informed. Selects and uses appropriate communication methods.
- Selling and Sales Skills: Achieves sales goals. Effective territory management Overcomes objections with persuasion and persistence. Initiates new contacts. Business development. Maintains customer satisfaction. Maintains accurate CRM records and promptly submits information.
- Order Management: Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders whilst ensuring completeness and integrity of customer order information.
- Judgement: Displays willingness to make decisions. Exhibits sound and accurate judgement. Supports and explains reasoning for decisions. Includes appropriate people in decision-making process. Makes timely decisions.
- Adaptability: Adapts to changes in the work environment. Manages competing demands. Accepts criticism and feedback. Changes approach or method to best fit the situation.
