The Opportunity
The Carriage House is an à la carte restaurant located within The Clayfield Retirement Village, and we are looking to expand our team to assist with covering shifts and helping out where needed. Working closely with the Chef Manager and Food & Beverage Manager, you'll work in a team to deliver high-quality customer service for residents & restaurant patrons. You'll be a great communicator with a focus on delivering a high standard of customer service, and enjoy supporting the residents whilst providing a happy social environment.

You will
- Provide a high level of Customer Service to restaurant guests
- Assist with the delivery, serving and payment of food & beverages
- Assist in the kitchen with light kitchen preparation
- Assist with set-up, pack-down and cleaning post service
- Follow all kitchen and restaurant hygiene practices (which will include general cleaning and washing up)

What you'll bring
- A friendly and warm persona with experience in cafes, kitchens, restaurants or any other customer service environment (required)
- Full working rights (no working holiday visas)
- Current Police check (required, but we can complete for you)
- Minimum of two (2) COVID-19 Vaccinations (required)
