JK have partnered with a local client in the Manufacturing industry to find the best Labourers in the Ballarat market for a range of exciting opportunities available onsite.

**The Role**
You will be working within the assembly line and will be responsible for fitting off all units. Having strong labouring skills, confidence with a range of hand and power tools coupled with flexibility to turn your hand to a range of tasks across the factory, will see you succeed in this role.
- Confident experience with Hand and Power Tools
- An enthusiastic attitude towards work, with a focus on team environments
- Ability to read and interpret plans and designs (_ideal, not essential_)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive approach to work and strong sense of initiative
