**OPPORTUNITY**

We are seeking Disability Support Workers with Mental Health, High Intensity, and trauma-based experience to assist participants in Chirnside Park Vic.

We are looking for workers in the areas of **Moonee Ponds** and surounding areas.

As we are quickly growing as an organization, we are looking to expand our team of workers. If you are reliable, resilient, and willing to work with participants with varying abilities, consider this a great opportunity to join our team.

This role will also involve travelling to various locations to provide essential supports to participants.

**WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE**:

- An Understanding and experience of Mental Health.
- Experience in behavioral issues and trauma based in Individuals.
- Experience with high intensity clients within the field.
- Qualified for Community Access
- Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent
- NDIS screening check
- NDIS Worker Orientation module
- Fully Covid Vaccinated, including booster.
- A current driver’s license (full license preferred)
- Comprehensive car insurance (must be able to provide evidence).
- Covid 19 Infection control
- A positive attitude and can build rapport quickly.
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with a happy disposition
- A day in the life as a Disability Support Worker with Care I Wish may see you supporting our Participant with some of the following:

- Building on individual strengths and enabling Participants to reach their goals.
- 24-hour complex supports
- Community access and transport
- Domestic and Personal care
