**Position overview**

The Australian National University (ANU) is one of the top 20 research universities in the world and Australia’s only national university. The Research Services Hub (the Hub) provides innovative research management support for three leading HASS Colleges at ANU, the ANU College of Law, the College of Business and Economics and the College of Arts and Social Sciences. As members of leading international academies, our scholars engage in cutting edge research which transforms society. Within the three Colleges, we currently host 1 Australian Research Council Laureate Fellow, 7 Future Fellows and 22 DECRAs. We partner with, and provide expert advice and guidance to, government, business, industry and the community sector. Our Colleges deliver an extensive program of outreach and engagement, with hundreds of lectures, seminars, concerts and exhibitions offered each year.

The **Research Communications Coordinator** plays a key leadership role in the development and delivery of the Hub’s communication and outreach strategy. They will work closely with HASS researchers to communicate and promote their research, including through the production of high-quality print and digital medium materials. They will lead the delivery of innovative outreach and engagement activities, ensuring knowledge translation and impact. In collaboration with a team of research management professionals, they will identify and build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
