Are you looking for your next 6-month contract Data Modelling?

**Your new role**

Hays are working with a leading financial services organisation who are looking for a Data Modeller with experience in Databricks on Azure, to join them on an initial 6-month contract. As a Data Modeller, you will be analysing business needs to translate them to solution data models. You will partner with the Data analyst for data mapping and classification, including working closely with the data engineers to implement data models, data flows, and reporting requirements.
- You will be working on a Large Data Ingestion Program of Work across the financial services industry.

The role will be an initial 6-month contract, with the potential to be extended, based out of Sydney.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Extensive experience designing data models for Databricks on the Azure platform
- Expert in entity-relationship (ER) data modelling principles and methods including conceptual, logical and physical Data Models,
- Knowledge of relational databases and data architecture computer systems, including SQL,
- Experience working with dimensional modelled data,
- Experience in translating/mapping relational data models into XML and Schemas.
