**Your New Role**
Based at our frank green Operations in Dandenong South OR frank green House in South Melbourne the Customer Operations Agent will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to frank green’s global customer portfolio.

**Day to Day**
- Identify customer service needs and trends.
- Alert digital & e-comm, marketing, and operations team to new issues or problems as required.
- Resolve and process carrier investigations, refunds, order replacements, and miss pick order resolution.
- Coordinate and reconcile customer returns end to end and problem solve order issues with the Operations team
- Demonstrate strong customer advocacy.
- Contribute to improvements in operational efficiency.
- Support the Customer Experience team, Operations team and wider business on other tasks as required

**Your Skills**
- 2+ years’ experience in fast-moving product and/or e-commerce customer experience
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- A love for customers, a passion for sustainability, and an obsession with understanding our products.
- Strong internal and external stakeholder communication skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Previous experience with Shipstation, Gorgias and Shopify will be highly regarded.
