**(HEO5) $82,922 - $92,203 salary scale per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.**

**Continuing, full-time position available**

A continuing opportunity exists within the Human Resources Branch for a motivated HR Customer service and support team member to join the HR Service Centre team.

**To be successful you will need**:

- High level of proactive and friendly customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience managing customer expectations
- Previous experience using a Human Resources Information System is desirable
- Previous experience working in a call centre/helpdesk environment is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.
