**Role**

Our Facilities and Asset Services team has an opportunity for an experienced **Contract Manager** to lead and manage this highly prestigious site in Canberra
- Australian War Memorial. You will be required to safely manage the effective delivery of services and ensure compliance with contractual requirements in accordance with legal obligations and relevant company policies and procedures.

**About You**
- Proven experience in a leadership role of a large services organization preferably in an outsourced facilities management company
- Demonstrated management experience delivering the required outcomes against a performance-based contract with agreed key performance indicators.
- An accomplished safety leader, excellent communicator and works collaboratively.
- Experienced in contract management, planning, cost control and financial reporting.
- Able to resolve commercial issues, minimize risks and maximize opportunities.
