**About the Opportunity**:
**This is a key role within our finance team. You’ll play an integral part in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts payable function — managing payments, vendor relationships, and cash flow with accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end invoice processing, account reconciliations, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial records.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Process and verify invoices accurately and on time
- Build strong relationships with our valued vendors
- Track expenses and support monthly reporting
- Manage bank reconciliations
- Managing cash flow
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory obligations
- Provide bookkeeping support to the Finance Manager as required

**About You**:

- Finance or Accounting qualifications (preferred, but not essential)
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying calm under pressure
- A high level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential financial information
- Great communication skills — you’re clear, approachable, and easy to work with
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for learning and service excellence
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a supportive team
