**The Role***:
Working closely with the Creative Director, this position will manage the end-to-end development of high-quality accessories ranges.

This role interacts with several internal teams including Buying, Production, Product Development, and Design to achieve cohesive accessories collections that blend with the overall design story for each quarter.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the development process for accessories including design, development, sourcing, costing, range editing, range presentation, sample approval, and shipping processes.
- Source and develop materials including leathers, fabrics, trims, accessories, silhouettes, and treatments.
- Create mood boards and present seasonal designs to the Creative Director.
- Develop artwork or direct production of artwork.
- Collaborate with the buying team and product development team to agree on and develop each seasonal range.
- Design the range plan to maintain established price points and margins.
- Ensure market relevance by monitoring trends and broader cultural movements both locally and internationally.
- Visit retail stores to receive product feedback from in-store sales assistants.
