We're on the lookout for a driven and ambitious **Assistant Store Manager** to join the Jay Jays crew at our **BANKSTOWN** store
This role is perfect for someone **hungry for career progression** and looking to grow into future leadership opportunities.

As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in driving sales, smashing KPIs, and leading a team that delivers next-level customer service — all while repping the latest in streetwear.

This is a **PART TIME** role with a **MINIMUM of 30 hours per week**, including weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays. We’re only interested in applicants who are serious about their future and ready to build a career with us.

**A Day in the Life**
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and providing an epic customer experience.
- Coach your team to be the best they can be, offering guidance and feedback.
- Help with day-to-day operations like stock management and keeping the store looking fresh.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and inclusive environment for your team.
- Assist with visual merchandising to make sure the store is always on point.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Previous experience in retail, with leadership or supervisory experience.
- A love for streetwear and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
- A proactive attitude to drive sales and team performance.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Experience with visual merchandising is a bonus.
