**The Role**:
An incredible opportunity has arisen to join this business as Flagship Assistant Manager in Chatswood. Utilise your strong sales and customer service experience coupled with your incredible drive and motivation. Together with the Store Manager, lead a large team in an amazing store which specialises in homewares and home furnishings, whilst be exposed to a beautiful and well known product internationally.
**Skills Required**:
- 2+ years management experience in specialty retail and/or managing a department within a larger (department) store format.
- The ability to deliver customer experience, while building on brand loyalty.
- Proven ability to manage staff to exceed sales goals
- Effective communication, organisation and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples.
- Proven ability to achieve results both independently and through others by fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
- Together with your Store Manager, have a proven ability to develop strategies and execute successfully.
