**The role & responsibilities**:
We are looking for a Store Leader who is eager to accelerate in their career to oversee a passionate team at The Athletes Foot Watergardens (Taylors Lakes)

The opportunity will also include involvement in managing relationships with health care professionals that we work with.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in the following:

- Ensuring efficient operation of stores to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPI’s, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels.
- Motivating your team to achieve optimal results in KPI’s.
- Closely monitoring store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets - acknowledging outstanding results and identify any areas of missed opportunity
- Coach and mentor your team to maintain high team morale and encourage the development of their store teams by ensuring training and succession plans are in place
- Ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to state and national OH&S legislation

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Demonstrated Retail Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager experience in a fast-paced environment
- A motivated & driven ‘Make it Happen’ attitude
- A passion for leading & inspiring a team to succeed
- The ability to think strategically to identify missed opportunities and have a proven track record in driving sales and KPI’S
- Ability to build strong professional relationships

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Quarterly bonus

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (required)
