**About the Role**:
Join our dynamic team at Taylors Lakes on a Full-Time basis. To be considered for this role you must be passionate about leading a team and can see themselves as making a career out of working in the Optical Industry.
- Manage daily operations of the store and provide front of house support to Retail Partners
- Coach and develop the retail team in delivering exceptional customer service
- Implementing roster changes
- Able to meet and exceed KPI targets
- Assisting the retail team with pretesting, customer service and dispensing.
- Support the Retail Director in Complaint Resolution
- Maintenance of Store Presentation Standards and Stock Management

**What Experience Are We Looking For**:

- Previous Store Management experience
- Ability to Role Model Specsavers Behaviours and Values
- Experience in coaching and developing a team
- Work under pressure along with being able to delegate effectively
- Previous experience in the optical industry highly desired but not essential

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Taylors Lakes VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
