Telehealth - Injury Triage Consultant

Our mission is to act early to minimise the negative effects of illness or injury - because workforce health and wellbeing services that are good for people are good for business.We are currently seeking a full-time Telehealth - Triage Injury Management Consultant with experience in Occupational Rehabilitation or Workplace Health. This role is to connect with injured employees and their managers to support them through their workplace injury by offering injury triage, first aid advice, support and linking them into support services and resources available to them. You will be working in a Triage Team which is dedicated to providing personalised health management support and advice to employees who have sustained injuries at work. This is done by using your clinical experience in a corporate work environment. The work is undertaken telephonically meaning that it can be undertaken from home/our office.
**Tasks include but not limited to**:
- Support and care for clients with empathy and expertise to improve their personal health and wellbeing goals.
- Undertake coordination of supports and wellbeing services for a highly engagement and motivated client population.
- Provide initial early intervention Triage with clients, supporting both physical and mental health services.
**Qualifications**:
- Experienced Registered Nurse or Allied Health practitioner with full registration.
- Mental Health support service experience highly desirable.
- Caring and empathic nature.
- Experience care coordination or occupational rehabilitation.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Good IT and time management skills.
- Strong customer service focus.
