As an established Surry Hills staple in Sydney for over 10 years, our team at Yulli's restaurant is on the hunt for a dishwasher to join the fantastic crew.

Yulli's is known for **tasty vegan modern Asian food**, paired with NSW-sourced bevvies and creative cocktails including our very own Yulli's Brews beers + cider. We're a **conscious, eco-friendly business with a fun and collaborative team** that keeps the restaurant buzzing.

Your role will be to support the team as a dishwasher in a busy full-service restaurant as part of a caring and diverse team. We will help mentor and support you in developing your skills and career, with many options for advancement available both at the restaurant and within the broader Yulli's group (Sydney + Byron Bay).

Required skills and experience:

- Previous restaurant experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Confident, quick and shows initiative
- Honest, reliable and able to work unsupervised

We are open 7 days/week for lunch and dinner, so a variety of shifts are available for those requiring more flexibility around study etc.

**Salary**: $26.73 - $37.00 per hour

- Rotating roster
