**The role**

In this role you will develop and maintain project schedules, forecast and track progress against agreed baseline. Track and agree major schedule changes with other areas of the business. Identify and mitigate schedule slippage to maintain baseline schedule timing of Development Wells, Infrastructure and Projects.

**More about the role**
- Collaborate with both field and office teams to create detailed project plans.
- Utilise Primavera P6 to develop and maintain schedules.
- Monitor and update project schedule progress and identify schedule deviations with recommended mitigation/corrective actions.
- Schedule risk analysis and critical path analysis
- Run Primavera P6 what-if scenarios to assess multiple project strategies

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will come with extensive prior experience as a Project Planner with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data, trend and analysis reporting and critical evaluation and making data-based recommendations.

**More about you**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (eg. Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management)
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and PowerBI.
- Ability to work within a team of planners and adapt to changing project priorities.
- Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships across the business and influence outcomes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
