**Qualifications & experience**

Certificate III / IV Individual Support/Disability desirable and/or related qualification.
Disability work experience is required however training is provided for those new to the industry.
Certificate of NDIS worker Orientation Module
Certificate of Infection Control Certificate
Current First AID and CPR certificate
Working with Vulnerable People Check with NDIS Endorsement
Valid Driver's Licence with access to insured vehicle

**Tasks & responsibilities**:
This is hands-on, person-centred role which includes working to promote independence, inclusion, and a strengths-based approach to developing skills and abilities and accessing the community.

You will be providing positive, respectful, dedicated, assistance with activities of daily living and domestic activities, Community participation, skill building etc.
Work within the NDIS Code of Conduct
Providing supported Independent Living
Work in accordance with care plans and NDIS goals
Work in accordance with all People Care Services policies and procedures.
Contribute to maintaining as effective and productive team.
Assisting in the development of independence, leading to increased choice and control.
Maintain professional relationships with Participants and with their families and stakeholders.
Update Participant's case/progress notes and documents as required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
