**The Opportunity**
- An opportunity now exists to undertake the design and delivery of leadership and management learning programs for clients, adopting contemporary adult learning theories and approaches in Executive Education.
- Reporting to the head of Resourcing and Relationships, this role will function as one of our primary experts in facilitation of Executive Education at MBS.
- Some key accountabilities include:

- Leading the facilitation of customised leadership and management programs for clients. This will include delivery in-person, blended and fully online.
- Designing and creating learning materials, such as workbooks, facilitator guides, and presentational materials.
- Role modelling program facilitation and delivery excellence, supporting Executive Education to exceed its quality goals and create impactful learning outcomes.
- Supporting client relationship building by actively identifying opportunities to grow and expand business.

**About you**

As a degree qualified professional with expertise and skills in the provision of Executive/Management education and program development, you possess exceptional facilitation skills, along with significant demonstrated experience in facilitating group sessions, including to C-suite. You are adept in learning and adopting new platforms and technologies to aid learning.

You have strong working knowledge of contemporary adult learning theories and approaches to executive education, and your ability to build client relationships strategically and developing senior level relationships will be essential to your success.
